If a product is out of stock, you can still let us know by sharing the product code. We’ll do our best to restock it quickly and sell it to you as a priority.
There are three options to place an order:

- By sending a message on WhatsApp
- By filling out an enquiry form on our website
When placing an order, please provide the following:
- The four-digit product code
- The design you want (if applicable)
- The quantity you need Order
Once you place your order, you’ll receive confirmation via both WhatsApp and email.
We ask for payment upfront before we start processing your order. You can choose your preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, check, online payment, or cash.
We can ship your order using a transport company of your choice, or we can recommend one. The shipping cost will be added to your final payment.
MOQ varies from product to product. It depends upon available stock or whether the product is material (fabric) or the finished state. The best way to find out the MOQ for a specific item is to contact us directly. We’ll be happy to answer your questions!
We carefully check all products for quality before shipping them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless there is a significant damage or quality issue. If there is a problem, please contact us with proof and we’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange.
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method you choose and how urgently you need it. If it’s urgent, we can try to arrange faster delivery.
